Vaughn Zimmers

Vaughn A. Zimmers, 61, a lifetime resident of  Greensburg, passed away Monday, Nov. 22, 2021 at home.  He was born on Nov. 24, 1959 in Greensburg to the late Charles A. and Galia Springer Zimmers.  He is survived by his loving wife, Tamara (Tammy) Barron Zimmers; a daughter, Stephanie Handy and her husband, Kevin; stepchildren, Dale Smith Jr. and his wife, Vicki, Melinda Smith, Amber Smith, Jonnie Smith and his wife, Micaela and Jay Kilpatrick, Jr.; grandchildren,  Landyn Nuttal, Alanian Jennings, Mason, Jase and Bryson Smith; a sister, Virginia Wigginton and her husband, Doug; a brother-in-law, Kerry Hutson and his wife, Maria; a nephew, Aaron Hutson and his wife, Amy; and his dog, Zoey.
Services and interment were private. In lieu of flowers, Vaughn’s wishes were for memorial contributions to be made to either, Weatherwood Benevolent Fund, 896 Weatherwood Lane, Greensburg, Pa. or to the Hillman Cancer Center Mountainview, Greensburg, Pa.  Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Inc. 524 N. Main St., Greensburg were entrusted with arrangements.
