Melissa was head cook preparing delicious sandwiches including Connecticut “grinders”, which she introduced to the area. “Bob” Bleibtrey died due to a tragic auto accident in 1979. The family continued to run the Point Grill for many years. Melissa married R. Philip Millen in 1981. Together they built the Midway Car Wash along Route 119 between Greensburg and Youngwood. She enjoyed traveling, golfing and socializing with Phil until he passed away in 2003. A talented needlepoint and crochet artist, Melissa won several awards at the Westmoreland Fair including Best of Show.
