Genevieve Donato

Genevieve Antonio Donato ,99, of Ligonier, Pennsylvania passed away peacefully on July 19,2022. She was born June 3, l923 the beloved daughter of the late Charles and Virginia Hood Antonio of Bolivar, Pa. She was a member of Holy Trinity Church in Ligonier. Genevieve was preceded in death by her husband, Charles Louis Donato; brother in law and wife, Joseph and Elizabeth Grant Donato; her brother-in-law and wife, Frank and Rose Donato Arch, and Jack and Margaret Donato Bates of Ligonier, Pennsylvania. She is survived by her loving daughters, Karen Donato Lynch and husband, James of Greensburg, Pa, Kathy Ann Donato of Miami, Florida, and Barbara Donato Stonehouse of Westlake, Ohio. Also surviving are her loving grandchildren, James R.Lynch Jr. and wife, Julie of Chagrin Falls, Ohio, Rachel Virginia Lynch of Chicago, Ill., S .Garrett Stonehouse and wife, Jodi of Westport, Connecticut, Amber Stonehouse Tully and husband, Owen of Rocky River, Ohio and Loren C. Bevevino and wife, Jamell White Bevevino of Silver Spring, Maryland.Genevieve is also survived by her great grandchildren, Madeleine, Elloise and Abigail Lynch of Chagrin Falls, Ohio. Garrett, Cameron, and Cayley Stonehouse of Westport, Connecticut and Sophia, Jack and Genevieve Tully of Rocky River, Ohio.
At our Mother's request there will be no visitation. A funeral mass will be held on Wednesday, July 27th at 10am in Our Lady of Grace Church 1011 Mt. Pleasant Road, Greensburg, PA.  Everyone is asked to please go directly to the church. Private entombment will be in Mary Mother of Mercy Mausoleum, St. Vincent Cemetery, Latrobe, Pa 15650.
