Richard G. Weigold, 94 of Greensburg, passed away on Thursday, May 2, 2024.
He was born December 16, 1929 in Jeannette, a son of the late Wesley and Jessie (Albaugh) Weigold.
Richard was an avid dancer and belonged to the Steel City Boogie Club and the Pittsburgh Area Jitter Bug Club. He was a proud Army veteran of the Korean War and belonged to the American Legion in Jeannette Post 344 and the VFW in Jeannette Post 8240. Richard was the former owner of Feline Archery.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brother, Ronald Weigold.
Surviving are his daughters, Sandy Ganster, Donna Latimer, and Dianne Brinker; seven grandchildren; and seven great-grandchildren.
Family and friends will be received on Sunday, May 5, 2024 from 3 to 7pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.
Services will be held in the funeral home on Monday, May 6, 2024 at 11am.
Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park, Greensburg with military honors provided by the Jeannette Combined Veterans Honor Guard.
