Mary Lois Kennedy Mills, beloved mother, grandmother, and friend died peacefully on September 26 at Redstone Highlands, surrounded by her family, just 12 days after her 96th birthday. Mary was a homemaker who enjoyed sewing and knitting. She volunteered for many years with Meals on Wheels, participated actively in Presbyterian Women, and served as both an ordained deacon and elder in the First Presbyterian Church of Greensburg. A few years after Royle died in 2011, Mary moved to an apartment into Redstone and greatly enjoyed her 8+ years of active independent living, where she made many friends.
In addition to her parents, Mary was predeceased by her sister and brother-in-law Judith Kennedy and Michael Webb, sister-and brother-in-law Richard and Edith Stadden, and son-in-law Craig Sell.
