Lois Ann Watson

Lois Ann Watson, 93, of Greensburg, died, Thursday, January 18, 2024. She was born on May 30 1930, in Murrysville, a daughter of the late August Croft and Nelle Wishart Croft. Lois was a member of First Presbyterian Church, Greensburg. Prior to retirement, she was co-owner, along with her husband, Ross Watson, of Westmoreland Real Estate and Brokerage. Lois was very creative and artistic. She enjoyed reading and the symphony. Lois loved to travel, especially overseas. She was a lifetime member of The Westmoreland Museum of American Art. Lois was an emeritus member of Penn State Master Gardeners. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her first husband, Bruce O. Grable; second husband, Ross Watson; grandson, Jency Edward Wright; sister, Carol Mateer; and stepson, Randall Watson; Lois is survived by her daughter, Elizabeth A. Wright; son, Dr. John Clifford Grable MD, PhD; 10 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren; stepdaughter, Jan Blair; stepsons, Kent Watson and Bradley Watson; sister-in-law, Judy Washburn (David). A memorial service will be held for Lois at 1 p.m. Friday, January 26, 2023, in First Presbyterian Church, 300 South Main Street, Greensburg with Rev. Dr. Martin Ankrum officiating. In lieu of flowers, memorials may be made to the American Cancer Society. Arrangements are being handled by Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, Greensburg.
