Karen L. Milyak

Karen Louise Milyak, 76 of Greensburg, passed away on Saturday, September 23, 2023.

She was born January 12, 1947 in Greensburg, a daughter of the late Jeremiah and Margaret (Love) Halstead.

Karen worked as a caregiver doing home health care. She enjoyed spending time with her many friends at the McKenna Senior Center. Karen loved to travel and going to new places but her favorite place to travel was Punta Cana.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, John Milyak; grandson, Brandon Myers; and a brother, Barry Halstead.

Surviving are her sons, James Myers (Tina) and Jeffrey Myers (Kathy); granddaughter, Jessica (Matt) Fuhrman; stepgrandson, Mikey Sellers; sister, Barbara McManigle; brother, Jerry Halstead (Martha); sister, Patti Bires (John); significant other, Ben Treager; and many nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received Sunday, October 1, 2023, from 11am to 1pm in the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg. A service will be held in the funeral home on Sunday, at 1pm.
