Jack Hensley

Jackie L. Hensley, known as Jack, passed away the morning of November 19th, 2018 at age 74. He was born in Catlettsburg, KY to Madge and Charles Hensley. He is survived by his three sons Jack, Robert, and Sean Hensley; two daughters, Gabrielle Stewart and Dominique Walker; and four grandchildren. There will be a private service in his memory.
