Elizabeth Altman

December 27, 1936 — February 7, 2017

Elizabeth  Ann Altman (nee Stevenson) also fondly known as "Dolly", age 80, passed away and entered the loving hands of our Lord on February 7, 2017.

She was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Francis Altman,

Elizabeth was born in Greensburg, to the late Doty and Mary Stevenson. She was raised in Greensburg and graduated from Greensburg Salem High School.

Prior to retirement, Elizabeth worked many years in the restaurant (Denny's) and hospitality industry. Her friendly demeanor and warm smile made her perfectly suited to helping and serving others. In her early years she served as a softball coach for young women's teams in the Bovard area and was a bowling enthusiast  playing on many league teams throughout the Greensburg area. She was an avid Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirate fan. Her love for her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren could always be seen in her caring eyes and spirited laugh as she enjoyed watching them grow up.

Elizabeth is survived by daughter, Cynthia Belaski and husband, David of Mount Airy, MD and their two children Tracy and Christopher; son Lloyd Frances Altman Jr. and wife, Tammy of Mount Airy, MD and their two children Jennifer and husband, Jay and daughters, Journey and Josalynn; Adam and wife, Catherine and son Zachary; son Mark Altman of Greensburg and his daughters, Dawn, Tammy and her children, Tristan and Nova, Stacy and her children, Kaylee and Karma and son Jessie and his children, Jason and Briana; her sister, Alberta of Greensburg; and nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday from 5-8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home, Greensburg.

Additional visitation will be held in the funeral home on Friday from 10 am until the time of service at 11am.

Interment will follow in the Twin Valley Memorial Park.
