Donna Lynn McGinnis

Donna Lynn McGinnis, 78, of Latrobe, died, Wednesday, June 24, 2026, in Westmoreland Hospital. She was born December 20, 1947, in Jeannette, a daughter of the late William J. Dixon and Emma Hoak Dixon.

Donna was a former member of the Madison Hilltop United Methodist Church. She loved spending time with her family, vacationing and sightseeing. Trips to the Grand Canyon, Sedona and Alaska were among her favorites. Donna also enjoyed arts and crafts, ceramics, shopping and dancing.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, William Jay Dixon.

Donna is survived by her husband of 59 years, Robert Allan “Bob” McGinnis; her daughter, Shawnna Sigda (Michael); son, Robert “Bob” McGinnis (Laura); granddaughter, Mikayla Sigda; grandsons, Connor and Sean McGinnis; also, several nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received from 5 pm to 8 pm on Wednesday, July 1, 2026, in Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg. A funeral service for Donna will be held at 10 am on Thursday, July 2, 2026, in the funeral home. Entombment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park.
