Dolores Mathias

Dolores M. “Herky” (Weyandt) Mathias, 88 of Greensburg, went to be with the Lord on Friday, March 18, 2022.  She was born in Greensburg on November 20, 1933, a daughter of the late Ray and Sarah Jane (Fetter) Weyandt. She had been employed in the cafeteria for the Hempfield Area School District and was formerly employed by Davis Supermarket.   She was a member of the First Reformed United Church of Christ and enjoyed spending time with her family, especially her grandchildren and great-grandchildren.  Herky also enjoyed being on the farm and gardening. She is survived by her children, Sharon Evanichko and her family, Charles Welsh and Steven Welsh; Tammy Burroughs (John) and their family, Christina Tarbuk (Gary), Eric Sturtz (fiancé, Julie), Courtney Pollock and Rachel Burroughs; Brian Mathias and his family, Ryan, Chad and Tyler Mathias; and 15 great-grandchildren and many nieces and nephews. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Thomas C. Mathias, her siblings, Eva, Olive, Betty, Jean, Dorothy and Ray.  Family and friends will be received on Monday from 5-7 pm in the KEPPLE-GRAFT FUNERAL HOME, INC. 524 N. Main St., Greensburg where services will be held Tuesday at 10:30 am with the Rev.
