Deborah L. Veitch

Deborah L. “Debbie” Veitch, 73, of Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday, June 17, 2025. She was born on July 28, 1951, in Greensburg, the daughter of the late John A. and Nancy M. Hoyle Veitch.

Debbie was a member of the First Reformed United Church of Christ. She found joy in solving crossword puzzles and cherished time spent with her family and friends.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her brother, John J. Veitch; her sister, Karen L. Veitch, and her nephew, Matthew A. Weimer.

She is survived by her sister, Judith A. “Judy” Weimer; her niece, Ashley Weimer (Ali Chaudry); her nephew, Michael Weimer; and her cousin, Lisa Byerly (Scott). Debbie also had a special bond with Lisa’s children, Tyler and Halie, whom she loved very much. She is also survived by many other beloved cousins and extended family members.

Family and friends will be received from 4 to 7 pm on Friday, June 20, 2025, at Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main Street, Greensburg. Debbie’s funeral service will be held at 10:30 am on Saturday, June 21, 2025, in the funeral home. Interment will follow in Westmoreland County Memorial Park. Should friends desire, memorials donations may be made to a charity of one’s choice.
