Daniel Smail, 41 of Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday, June 16, 2009 in Excela Latrobe Hospital. He was born Saturday, October 28, 1967 in Greensburg and was the son of Betty Jane Rygiel Smail of Greensburg and the late William G. Smail. Danny worked for the Westmoreland ARC in Greensburg and was a member of the Church of God Holiness in Greensburg. He looked forward every summer to his trips to summer camp. Danny was a truly special individual to all who knew him. He was preceded in death in addition to his father by his niece Emily Duvall and great nephew Isaiah Duvall.. Surviving besides his loving mother is his Brother, Leroy (Roy) Smail, and his Sisters, Linda Mayle and husband Dexter, Hollie Duvall and husband Charles, Connie Duvall and husband Mark, and Karen Smail. Also his nieces and nephews Melinda and Dexter Mayle, RenAC.e Seamone, Tim, Jennifer and Mark Duvall, Brent Mayhle and Julie Shriver, Sarah, Katrina and Bill Smail and Danny's great nieces and nephews, Gracie , Aubrey Kali, Galeb, Taylor, William and Camden. Family and Friends will be received Thursday from 7 -9 pm and Friday from 2-4 and 7-9 PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 N. Main St. Greensburg. Services will be held in the Church of God Holiness, Saturday at 11: 00 am with Rev. Billy Rice officiating. ( Everyone please go directly to the church) Interment will follow in the Hillview Cemetery. Danny's family wishes for memorial donations be made to the Church of God (Holiness), 295 Smartnick Road, Greensburg, Pa. 15601 in his memory.. Terence L. Graft funeral director entrusted with the arrangements.
