Chen Pin Weng, 82, of Irwin, passed away Wednesday, Oct. 24, 2018. He was born July 19, 1936, in China, a son of the late Yulee Weng and Yuling Chen Weng. Surviving are his wife, Hsiang J. Weng; children, Luping Huang, Pancy Wong, Cheng Kang Wong and Sally Chung; nine grandchildren; and two great-grandchildren. Services will be held privately.
