Charlotte F. Rutter, 79 of South Greensburg, passed away on Monday, August 10, 2009 in Excela Westmoreland Hospital.She was born June 19, 1930 in Youngwood, a Daughter of the late Owen Lamont and Emma Florence Fisher.Charlotte was the first woman Real Estate Broker in Westmoreland County.She was Past Secretary and member of the Westmoreland Board of Realtors. Her favorite pastime was spending time at Indian Lake in Somerset County.In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by three Sisters, Frances Perry, Kathleen Ammon, and Barbara Korzendorfer and two brothers, Owen and Joseph Fisher.
Surviving are her loving husband, Thomas L. Rutter of South Greensburg and her three children, Joseph M. Rutter and wife Lori of South Park, Linda Charlotte Rutter and Brad L. Rutter both of Greensburg. two Sisters, Florence Fisher of York, and Elizabeth Seuffert, of Ohio. Five Grandchildren, Sean Patrick Murphy and wife Paige & Scott Christopher Murphy, Alexander L., Matthew D. & Tess Anna Boscia, four Great-Grandchildren, Killian Patrick & Eilis Quinn Murphy, and Rory Finn & Liam Shea Murphy, and also her Cat Bonnie.
Family and friends will be received Thursday 6-8 PM and Friday 2-4 & 6-8 PM at the Kepple-Graft Funeral Home, 524 North Main St., Greensburg.A funeral service will be held in the Funeral Home, on Saturday at 10:30 AM with Rev. Claudia Papenmeier officiating. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Westmoreland County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1552, Greensburg, Pa. 15601
