Charles Edward Waugaman Jr.

Charles Edward Waugaman Jr., 76 of Greensburg, passed away on Tuesday, July 21, 2026.

He was born December 16, 1949 in Greensburg, a son of the late Charles Edward Waugaman Sr. and Mary Ann Henderson. Chuck was a 1968 graduate of Latrobe High School. He was a Navy veteran. With his family he was a co-owner of Waugaman Awning Company. He was a member of the Sportsmen's Association of Greensburg. Chuck enjoyed trapshooting, hunting and also gardening. 

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers, Clinton Waugaman, Brian Campbell, and Johnny Henderson; and his stepmother, Sally Waugaman. He is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn Kotouch Waugaman; children, April Waugaman, Charles 'Chip' Waugaman (Jamie Rizer), and Tina Waugaman (Tad Jacobs); grandchildren, Carter and Cate; his siblings, James Waugaman (Judy), Kirk Waugaman, and Sherry C. Samulski (Leon); and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received on Thursday, July 23rd from 4 to 8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg. Services will be held in the funeral home on Friday, July 24th at 9:30am.

Interment will follow in the St. Clair Cemetery, Greensburg with military honors by VFW Post 33, Greensburg.
