Bonnie Chambers

Bonnie Heather Chambers, 48 of Greensburg, passed away Sunday, December 3, 2017 at her residence.

She was born October 17, 1969 in Garden City, Long Island, NY, a daughter of Dr. George F. Chambers and the late Joan (Tokar) Chambers.

Bonnie was a member of  First Presbyterian Church in Greensburg. She was a fan of the Rolling Stones and she connected and conversed with other fans all over the world.

Bonnie worked as a librarian at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg.

In addition to her mother, she was preceded in death by her stepmother, Marion Chambers.

Surviving are her father, Dr. George F.Chambers; sister, Susan Johnson (James); brother, George F. Chambers Jr.; and nephew, Benjamin Johnson.

Family and friends will be received on Wednesday 2-4pm and 6-8pm at the KEPPLE-GRAFT Funeral Home 524 N. Main Street, Greensburg.

Services will be held on Thursday at 11am at the First Presbyterian Church Chapel 300 S. Main Street, Greensburg with Rev. Dr. Martin R. Ankrum officiating. Everyone is to meet at the church.

Interment will follow in the St. Clair Cemetery.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Children's Library Fund at the University of Pittsburgh at Greensburg 150 Finoli DriveGreensburg, PA 15601 or a charity of one's choice.
