Bernadette Kolk, 76, of Greensburg, passed away Tuesday, September 15, 2026.

She was born October 18, 1949, in Greensburg, a daughter of the late John A. Yusko and Elizabeth A. Nalevanko Yusko.

Bernadette was an avid cross-stitch enthusiast and enjoyed spending time pursuing her hobby, as well as taking trips with her friends. She and her husband, David, were also avid supporters of regional dog rescue organizations and cherished the many dogs they rescued and cared for over the years.

She is survived by her husband, David L. Kolk; her daughter, Nikole Sullivan of Upper St. Clair and her husband, Justin; her son, Brandon Kolk of Colorado Springs and his wife, Jenn Kolk; and three grandchildren, Reagan Sullivan, Kelly Sullivan, and Greyson Kolk. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

There will be no public visitation or service.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made to the Westmoreland County Humane Society, P.O. Box 1552, Greensburg, PA 15601.
