Anna D. McGee "Cricket" 92, of Greensburg died peacefully in the presence of God on November 20, 2025, at Harmon House Health and Rehab Center Mount Pleasant, Pa. She was born on January 2, 1933, and was preceded in death by both of her parents and multiple siblings. She was also preceded in death by her daughter Patty and her beloved husband Delbert McGee, whom she married in 1987. Survived by daughter Ella Mae Wood and three grandsons. After losing both of her parents at a young age, Anna went to live at the convent at the Pittsburgh Diocese and was raised by the nuns at the church. She expressed very fond memories of her care and upbringing there. Her path then took her to Uniontown, where she would work a variety of jobs and spend the early years of her married life raising a young family. Anna would move to Greensburg after many years and would call this home for the remainder of her life. Anna was well known throughout the community as a very loving and giving person! Outspoken to a fault at times, her compassion and generosity to help those in need was one of her many gifts. A devout Christian and follower of Jesus Christ, she was a dedicated member of the First Evangelical Lutheran Church for many years. Her faith and mission to live a life of simplicity was obvious to anyone who had the pleasure of knowing her. She will be sadly missed by many friends and acquaintances throughout the Greensburg area, but none more so than Mike and Connie. She leaves us with the everlasting message of love and forgiveness and encouraged us to live every day in this likeness. Her burial and funeral services are being cared for by Kepple Graft Funeral Home, Greensburg, Pa. A private memorial service will be held in her honor.
